Organic Pine, Linden and Maple Honey. It is collected in summer from a stationary apiary, at an altitude of about 600 metres, in the mountains of Rhodope and Thasos.  The bees look for their food in a pristine natural ecosystem, among forests of maple, chestnut and linden trees, as well as a rich variety of endemic plants, herbs and wildflowers.

The unique flora of the area includes plants such as Cistus creticus, Lilium rhodopeum and Haberlea rhodopensis, as well as many other species. This variety gives the honey a distinctive and complex character.

Ευτυχία honey stands out for its mild sweetness and subtle fruity notes. Its aroma is intense and complex, showing the richness of the plants and flowers from which the bees collect the nectar and the natural sweet substances of the forest.

The natural composition and the great variety of the flora make every harvest unique. The colour and sweetness of the organic honey may show small differences. Factors that affect it are the year of the harvest and the flowering of each season.

This honey crystallises naturally and fairly quickly. Crystallisation is a natural characteristic and does not affect its quality.
